• If the e-book doesn’t work.
• You have not previously returned the same ebook from a prior purchase.
• You have not returned a total of 1 or more eTextbooks in of your Accounts.
• We refuse to refund for the reason that you bought it from another store.
• Please check carefully before purchasing. We refuse to refund because you bought the wrong version..
• Questions are sent in for help with reasons similar to “I got this book from a friend and I don’t need this e-book anymore“, “I made a purchase and I realized it was the not the correct book I needed, I would like to know if I can return it and get a refund?“…will be considered spam and not answered.
• If your order is in “On hold” status, contact us to get your order resolved as soon as possible instead of you opening a case.
