Once we receive your refund request, a refund is initiated immediately. We refund your purchase back to the original payment method.Paypal payment method: Immediately after being processedCredit card payment method: We will send credit and debit card refunds to the card-issuing bank within five to seven business days of receipt of the return. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when you can expect the credit to post on your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
